- Healthease does not practice medicine and is not responsible for medical decisions or outcomes resulting from consultations.
- In case of a medical emergency, immediately contact your nearest emergency medical service or hospital instead of using the application.

- Appointment availability depends on the doctor's schedule.
- Doctors may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Healthease is not liable for delays, missed appointments, or consultation interruptions caused by internet connectivity or technical issues.
5. Medicine Orders
- Medicine orders are fulfilled by licensed pharmacies, subject to applicable laws.
- Prescription medicines require a valid prescription where required by law.
- Availability of medicines may vary by location and stock.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
6. Payments
- Consultation fees and medicine payments must be completed using payment methods available within the application.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
- Healthease does not store complete debit card, credit card, or banking credentials.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Consultation fees may not be refundable once the consultation has started or has been completed.
- Medicine order refunds are subject to applicable pharmacy policies and legal requirements.

You agree not to:
- Provide false medical information.
- Upload fraudulent or forged prescriptions.
- Misuse or abuse healthcare professionals.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the application or servers.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the application.
- Use the application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

All content within Healthease, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, designs, trademarks, and other materials, is the property of Healthease or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
